I would just like to say that, as a parent in Utica, NY (5 hours away), yet again I am so impressed with your Service Department.  This is the second time in the past year we have needed you and you never let us down.  I have such faith that you will always take care of Mary and do the best job. The gentleman I spoke to today is Ralph and he was so kind and thanked us so much for choosing Maritime Motors.  That in itself, speaks volumes about a company. 
I was so worried about my daughter driving around this past weekend with a car needing service, and they brought her right in today as soon as she called this morning. Just a short note to express our appreciation to Ralph Cascella and Craig Carlson for their help and support of our 2001 Chevy Cavalier. The car, bought at Maritime Motors, now has 285,000 miles. When any service was needed Ralph Scheduled our car for repairs and Craig has kept our Cavalier running in top condition. I purchased a 2009 Chevrolet Malibu from Maritime Motors last week and I am writing to compliment your staff. Kathy Taylor was the salesperson who helped me pick out the car. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. My mother and I felt like we had known her for years after talking with her for only a few minutes. I recently moved back to the USA after living in South America for some time, so I was concerned that the down payment and monthly payments would be too high for me to afford. Kathy and Bob Winner both worked very hard to get me a loan at an affordable interest rate with relatively low monthly payments, even though I don't have a lot of credit. I feel like they really bent over backwards to make sure I don't get caught in a contract I cannot afford. This is the first car I have ever purchased, so their help and commitment really meant a lot to me. It was a very memorable experience and I absolutely love the car. I was so pleased with their effort and service that I will recommend Maritime Motors to friends and family. Thank you for holding such high standards for your staff members!
